Beyonce Goes Without Makeup, Sports Cornrows for Garage
Bare-faced Bey! Beyoncé goes without makeup and rocks cornrows on the cover of Garage, released on Thursday, February 25.
In the close-up image, Bey, 34, looks “***Flawless” without a hint of foundation or mascara. Her face is surrounded by blue and white brushstrokes, painted by renowned artist Urs Fischer.
The image cuts off at the “XO” singer’s shoulders, but her tresses seem to be in the same style as her braids from her music video for “Formation,” dropped on February 6.
Her Garage appearance marks Beyoncé’s first cover in four months. Most recently she was featured in Beat’s October 2015 issue. Before that, she stunned in a violet lace dress for Vogue in September 2015. In the editorial spread of the fashion bible, the mother of Blue Ivy, 4, was sultry in a completely see-through dress, which gave a peek at her derriere.
